COMMISSIONS GUIDE

Prices are subject to change, and quoted ranges are based on the commissioners request. Pricing will not change once the slot is confirmed

Updates may be requested at any time, although please be reasonable about your expectations and anticipated turnaround

If a client becomes unreachable, the commission will be put on hold. If more than six months pass without communication, the commission is void and I won't offer a refund if the client suddenly resurfaces

I’m confident drawing: anthros, human(oid)s, and semi-realistic equines. I’m less practiced with ferals, but can draw most species

I try to avoid placing limits on which characters I can draw, but if I’m not confident I can do your character justice, I may have to decline

For anthros and humanoid characters, any body type is acceptable. This includes: weight, muscle, height, scarring, and disability aids

For sensitive subject matter, please ask me to clarify my limits. I will draw mild-moderate gore experimentally. I will not draw anything hateful or in promotion of agendas I don’t agree with

For nsfw subject matter, I’m not accepting sexually explicit commissions at this time. I may do solo or suggestive commissions if requested.

Payment is accepted in USD through PayPal. Cashapp is an alternative

PayPal purchases must be sent as goods & services without an address. Please confirm this detail before sending

Payment is required upfront unless a payment plan is negotiated

Payment must be sent within 24 hours of confirming a slot

Please have funds available prior to ordering the commission

False chargebacks and fraudulent payments will not be tolerated. If a scam occurs, I’ll re-purpose the finished art, and post a beware to warn other artists in the community

Refunds can be requested after two months minimum if you're unsatisfied with the pace I'm completing your commission

Refund requests before two months aren't guaranteed. If you have concerns, I'm happy to discuss them with you, but if you cancel a commission earlier than the required period I reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Refunds will not be given if you change your mind, or have a sudden financial emergency. I understand things come up, but please be prepared to spend the money when you buy from me. I have financial needs as well

If you request a refund after I've started the commission, you may receive a partial refund. This depends on the work I've completed and the reason the refund was requested. I'll work with you on this to decide a fair amount

I take full responsibility for refunds that occur due to problems on my end. All refunds not requested by the commissioner and offered by me will be returned in full, unless enough progress has been made to negotiate a partial refund

I typically send a concept sketch for approval and feedback, then complete the artwork if no changes or details need to be clarified

If the client wants to see each stage of the process, they should mention this in advance; I'm always happy to send more frequent updates

I won't guarantee edits to the lineart after the sketch is approved, so please express any concerns during this phase

If you have any pet peeves or preferences (ex. "I don’t like my character’s eyes drawn closed") please let me know in advance

Any issue with coloring or markings will be fixed as long as the detail was visible on the reference sheet, or clarified at the start of the commission

Reference sheet notes aren't always up to date, so I might overlook them unless a commissioner says otherwise. Please be clear about what you want and how you'd like your character drawn before I start

My queue is public and on viewable on my trello

I work a fulltime job and complete most artwork on the weekends

I only accept 3-5 slots at a time to manage my schedule and avoid backlog

I can quote turnaround times, but won't promise delivery dates unless we negotiate a deadline in advance

My ideal practice is to deliver the art within the same month a commission was placed, but this isn’t guaranteed if I have a queue

I try to be realistic and only promise what I think I can manage. If there's any delay, you'll be kept up to date and given frequent updates on progress

Prices for these requests can vary, and may only be estimated with a quote
